Training Of Trainer (TOT) Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur Indonesia sangat menarik untuk diikuti oleh para calon trainer, trainer ataupun masyaratat umum. Dalam pelatihan ini banyak hal menarik seperti cara berkomunikasi yang baik, penyampaian materi/presentasi ataupun dalam menyusun materi yang menarik akan disampaikan dalam teori dan prakteknya selama pelatihan.
Dengan semakin bertambah pesat jumlah dan kebutuhan para Trainer baik itu di pemerintahan, swasta maupun masyarakat maka kami melaksanakan program Training Of Trainer (TOT) dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya Trainer. Harapan akhirnya selain kemampuan Trainer nantinya menjadi lebih baik, juga diharapkan menemukan solusi terbaik selama pelatihan tentang metode apa yang sesuai untuk mengatasi kekurangan baik secara verbal, audio, visual, maupun bahasa tubuh seorang Trainer dalam menyampaikan suatu materi baik itu presentasi maupun dalam public speaking.
TUJUAN PELATIHAN
Melatih peserta untuk menjadi seorang pelatih/instruktur/trainer dengan menjabarkan teori-teori serta cara-cara mengajar yang benar, baik dan efektif. Dalam pelatihan ini seorang calon pelatih akan diajarkan bagaimana caranya mempersiapkan suatu rencana pelatihan (Lessson Plan) yang dirumuskan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihannya (Blue Print). Diajarkan pula bagaimana cara membuka, menyampaikan dan menutup pelajaran, juga akan dilatih bagaimana cara melakukan penilaian/evaluasi dari hasil belajar mengajar tersebut. Cara design materi yang menarik juga akan dibahas dalam kelas pelatihan ini,
